Appendix No. 2 to the User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. Airee Cloud Service pays great attention to maintaining the confidentiality of information provided by the users of the Service and makes every possible effort to protect it, secure storage and non-disclosure.

1.2. Airee Cloud Service adheres to the principles of confidentiality in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, recommendations of international associations in the field of privacy and ethical standards.

1.3. Airee Cloud Service collects, stores, processes, uses and distributes information in order to provide users with the necessary services. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out by Airee Cloud Service in connection with the conclusion of a contract (offer), to which the subject of personal data (the User) is a party. Personal data of the user is not distributed, nor is it provided to third parties without the user's consent and are used by the Airee Cloud Service solely for the performance of the specified contract and the conclusion of contracts with the user.

1.4. This Privacy Policy defines the fundamental principles regarding the sources, use and dissemination of information collected.

2. Collection and use of information

2.1. Airee Cloud Service collects information that is sent by the Users when registering for Airee or WEBO Pulsar in order to use the specified Services. Also, Airee Cloud Service collects information that comes from public applications for checking the speed of the site through the site www.webogroup.com or when installing the WEBO Site SpeedUp product. Airee Cloud Service guarantees that the provided personal information is not provided to third parties and is not disclosed. Airee Cloud Service takes all necessary organizational and technical measures, including cryptographic means (encryption), to protect the personal data of users from improper or accidental access to them by third parties, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions.

2.2. Airee Cloud Service guarantees to users of the service the confidentiality of the collected statistics of their campaigns. Access to the statistics of the use of the Service and the individual data of the Users of the Service can not be provided to any third party except with the consent of the User. Airee Cloud Service guarantees that he does not make any changes to the statistics, reports, studies received by Users as a result of using the Service.

2.3. Airee Cloud Service reserves the right to aggregate, group and systematize the original statistical data and use aggregated statistical data to compile reports, conduct research, develop tools, and provide services to users of the Service. Aggregated data does not allow you to obtain any information about specific users of the service without their consent. The collected data and the information received can be stored in the Airee Cloud Service indefinitely.

2.4. Airee Cloud Service guarantees the confidentiality of financial data entrusted to Airee Cloud Service by the users of the Service. Financial data can not be transferred to a third party and used only for the purpose of providing the Service in accordance with the rules of the service and User Agreement.

3. The transfer of personal information to a third party

3.1. Airee Cloud Service does not sell or transfer personal information about users of the service. Airee Cloud Service has the right to grant access to personal information about the Users of the Service in the following cases:

• 3.1.1. The user of the Service has given his consent.
• 3.1.2. This is required to provide the Airee Cloud Service Service or Service users with the trusted Airee Cloud Service partners that the User has selected for their websites.
• 3.1.3. This is required by local legislation or authorities in accordance with the procedures provided by law.

3.2. Airee Cloud Service has the right to provide to third parties summary aggregated information that does not contain personal information, which does not allow to identify the User personally.

4. Changes to the Privacy Policy

4.1. Airee Cloud Service has the right to make changes and additions to this Privacy Policy.
